N. RAY LEE, D.D.S.
Oral Surgeon
Dr. Lee began his career in the field of health care forty years ago, serving as a combat trained medic and dental specialist in the U.S. Air Force. He later earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The College of William and Mary, his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. from Baylor College of Dentistry, and his surgical specialty degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has been in the private practice sector of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1984. Currently, his private practice, Oyster Point Oral and Facial Surgery, is located in Newport News, VA.
Dr. Lee is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Virginia Dental Association, the Peninsula Dental Society, and past president of the Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He also served as committee chairman for the AAOMS in Healthcare Advocacy. He has been an adjunct faculty member of Eastern Virginia Medical School Department of Otolaryngology and the Medical College of Virginia Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Published professional works of Dr. Lee include book chapters for Clinics of North America, magazine articles for Clinical Updates, and scientific articles for the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He has lectured nationally and internationally on Sleep Related Breathing Disorders. He is the designer and developer of the Genial Bone Advancement Trephine Surgical Procedure and the medical instruments used for the surgery in conjunction with the Stryker Liebinger Corporation. Dr. Lee also designed and developed the OSA Plating System in cooperation with the Osteomed Corporation.
Dr. Lee has a beautiful family; a son, Justin, who is married to Sloan with three children; Barrett, Augusta, and Maggie and a daughter Erin, who is married to Mark McFarland, an orthopedic spine surgeon with the Orthopedic and Spine Center, and a son West.
Dr. Lee enjoys his time outdoors boating, flying, fishing, and hunting. Most of his time is spent with his family and providing care for the community.

Bill Forrester, Gen. (U.S. Army Ret.)
Bill Forrester is a retired US Army Brigadier General with more than 31 years as an Army officer and senior executive with diverse international management experiences in organizations of varying size and complexity. He is a former Commanding General of the US Army Combat Readiness Center, the former Director of Army Safety and a published author specializing in Leadership, Safety, Training and Team building.
Forrester served as the principal advisor to the Chief of Staff Army for the occupation and lifestyle safety, health and welfare for the US Army’s two million Soldiers, Civilians and Family Members. Forrester’s key assignments include the Deputy Commanding General for the US Army 2nd Infantry Division (Republic of Korea), Chief of Staff for the US Army flight training at Fort Rucker, and he commanded the 159th Aviation Brigade (101st Airborne Division) during the US invasion of Iraq in 2003. His experiences include command in conventional and special operations aviation with operational assignments and mission sets in numerous locations in the continental United States, Germany, Honduras, El Salvador, Hawaii, Alaska, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Bosnia, Turkey, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
Forrester is a graduate of West Point, the Army’s Command and General Staff College, the Army War College, and holds Masters Degrees in Personnel Management and Strategic Studies. He is a Master Army Aviator with awards and decorations including the Distinguished Service Medal, the Bronze Star, Legion of Merit (three awards), Air Medal, and the US and Australian Parachute Badges. Forrester was recognized and presented the American Motorcycle Safety Foundation’s National Award for Service (2007), is a life member of the 160th Special Operations Aviation and the Night Stalker Association, was awarded the Army Aviation Association of America Order of Saint Michael Gold Award in 2008; and was received the Presidential Award for distinguished service to the Korean people by the President of South Korea.
Forrester served on the Alabama Governor’s Workforce Development Council from 2009 till 2013, is active with Huntsville Rotary Club, and past member for the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Valley West Point Society. Mr. Forrester was an aviator during his thirty-two year career in the US Army and remains active with the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA), and the Association of the United States Army and currently co-Chairs the Screaming Eagle Aviation Association (a non-profit organization) dedicated to the Aviation Soldiers and Families (past and present) of the 101 Airborne Division. A native of Tennessee, Bill is married to the former Nancy Nicholson and they have two married children and two grandchildren. The Forresters reside in Huntsville, Alabama.

Michael Gwinn, CW5 (U.S. Army Ret.)
Michael R. Gwinn, President, and CEO of On Course Aviation, LLC, is an experienced aviation professional with over 40 years of military and civilian experience. Soloing on Hinton-Alderson Airport at 16 years old, Mike later joined the U.S. Army, serving in numerous aviation assignments including service in the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne). After exiting the Army, he has worked as a contracted military flight instructor as well as a developer of civilian and Department of Defense aviation training programs. Mike possesses FAA Airline Transport Pilot and Gold Seal Certificated Flight Instructor certificates for both Airplanes and Helicopters, is type rated in 12 aircraft and has over 14,000 flight hours. Mike is an FAA Designated Pilot Examiner (DPE), Specialty Aircraft Examiner (SAC), Experimental Aircraft Examiner (EAE), and Military Competency Examiner (MCE). He is also an FAA Commercial certificated Remote Pilot (drone).

Dr. Lyman K. (Manny) Steil, CSP, CPAE is internationally known as “The Ambassador of Listening” and a “Speaker Worth Listening To.” Dr Steil is CEO and Chairman of Communication Development, Inc.; CEO and Chairman of the International Listening Leadership Institute; Founding Partner of The Masters Alliance; founding Director of The Amara Institute; former Director of Debate, Macalester College, and Chairman of the Speech Communication Division, Department of Rhetoric, University of Minnesota.

He has earned the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) and the CLP (Certified Listening Professional) designations and has been inducted into both the National Speaker’s Association, CPAE,”Speaker’s Hall of Fame”, the Minnesota “Speaker’s Hall of Fame” and, the International Listening Association’s “Listening Hall of Fame”. Dr. Steil was selected as the ILA’s 1st “Listening Legend” and a Veteran Speakers “Legend of Professional Speaking”. In addition, the University of Minnesota, College of Arts, and the Education Foundation and Albert Lea High School have honored Dr. Steil as a “Distinguished Alumni”.

TSgt Toni Chavis, USAF, Ret.
Toni is the CEO of TTC Enterprises ~ Opulent Designs, a business she and her husband Charles started together 18 years ago after they both retired from the United States Air Force. Not only is she a 22-year Air Force veteran, Toni is a Home Improvement Specialist, an Interior Design graduate, project manager, business coach, realtor, motivational speaker, mentor, author of “A Diamond Born of Fortitude”, co-author of “Rise Above and “One DAE at a Time”. She was featured guest on “In Focus – York County Promoting entrepreneurship”. She was also a guest and co-host on “In the Ring”. Toni is an advocate for health and wellness as a survivor with Lupus and Fibromyalgia, a domestic violence advocate, a wife, a mom, and a Mimi to her 11-year-old grandson Izaiah.
Toni is an instructor and trainer with adept speaking skills, her career has led her to train professionals and managers in the skills of their job performance and professional development. Toni’s skills include management, planning, organization, project coordination, logistics, vendor sourcing, materials management, job cost analysis, budget control and network management, as well an astute liaison between military and civilian communities.
Toni currently resides in Yorktown, Virginia and is a community leader serving on multiple boards. An active member of the York County Citizens Advisory Board, Vice President of a local BNI networking organization, board member of the Lackey Free Clinic in Yorktown, an Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She also has the distinction of being chosen as the first African American female President of the York County Chamber of Commerce in 2020, re-elected in 2021 continuing her role dedicated to serving, promoting and representing small businesses and voicing their interests and concerns in the county. Now serving as the Immediate Past President Toni has also served on other local boards such as the Social Butterflies Foundation and a former President of the York/Poquoson Social Services Board.
Toni has CCAF Degrees in Telecommunications Management, Education and Training Management, a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University in Adult Workforce Education and Development as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
